We source land in line with your brief and intended use.




SUITABILITY


We undertake due diligence to establish land suitability.




FEASIBILITY


We conduct a feasibility study on the land to ensure ROI is achieved.




PURCHASE


Upon agreement, we assist with the negotiation and purchasing of the land for you.




CONSENTING


We move to planning and consenting, where we can guide and assist you through the building consent process.




SUBDIVISION


Once consent is granted, civil work contractors carry out the subdivision work.




TITLE/CONSENT SIGN OFF


Liaise with council to obtain subdivision sign off and to obtain title from LINZ.





Home and land build process

Choose the perfect section from our stock land; we’ll undertake the planning, design and build, consents and aftercare. Following land settlement, we commit to contract for the build and payments are made over the course of the build on a progressive payment basis.

Review or selection of stock land we own to choose the plot perfect for your needs.




DESIGN CONSULTATION


We discuss your wish list and help design your dream home, delivering a specification and design package that will match your needs and budget. In addition, if building consent is not already in place, we can assist in the negotiation and purchasing of the land.




COLOUR CONSULTATION


Sit down with our colour specialist to select both the interior and exterior colour scheme and select materials for the build based on the design specifications.




AGREEMENT


We sign the sale and purchase agreement and take a deposit of 5% of the project value to commence.




BUILD


Upon agreement, the build commences. With regular milestones and check in points along the way. You are fully involved throughout the project build ensuring a smooth and stress free experience.




HOME HAND-OVER


Upon build completion we hand over your home with a 10 Year Master Build Guarantee plus a 365 day maintenance period for total peace of mind.





 

If you have land with approved plans, we can simply undertake the build on your behalf.
